Bonus: While you are set up to film yourself teaching, keep your mind on youtube. There is a huge market for videos of woodworkers just… woodworking. No voice-over, and no music. These are simple videos that get millions of views. (try looking for woodturning specifically).

Then, as money comes in, reinvest as much of it as possible. Investing is the crucial missing component for so many small businesses out there, but it is the closest thing to truly passive income out there. As of this writing, we pay our mortgage from entirely passive investment earnings. 

Keep reinvesting in whatever makes the most sense.
